Service Engineer: As a Service Engineer, your objective is to support our customers in achieving their desired outcomes by providing technical guidance, analysis and recommendations to them through remote service calls and support responses. You will work closely with our customers to help them understand our platform and the diagnostic findings about their buildings, and closely with our onboarding, customer success, and analytics teams to ensure that their entire experience is positive, productive and impactful. You will be responsible for providing level 1 and level 2 technical support to our clients including, but not limited to, answering client and partner questions about diagnostic results, updating client configurations within the software, monitoring client connectivity and helping to resolve some system integration issues.
Building Analyst: As a Building Analyst you will be responsible for deploying the company’s trademarked fault detection software for HVAC systems, validating the software’s findings, and presenting the software and initial results to customers. You will also aid in the scaling and optimization of the Team’s internal processes, plus influencing development and ongoing improvement of our core product.

Come work with us at KGS Buildings as an Engineering Intern to deliver an innovative cloud-based, automated building analytics platform to building owners and service providers seeking costs savings and improved building performance.
Engineering Interns assist Project Engineers and Building Analysts to configure building data and metadata for our automated analytics platform and assist in mechanical engineering services to support our customers. Qualified applicants should have some basic mechanical engineering knowledge and significant experience with Excel. Practical knowledge of building HVAC systems is preferred. The best candidates have some experience in the controls industry, HVAC, or contracting or significant coursework in mechanical engineering. Currently, we are most interested in candidates who can do 6 month internships.
